On April 19th, we traveled to the Land of the Rising Sun – Japan for our World Tour Lunch! Each of our dining rooms were decorated with beautiful Japanese decor.
Our residents enjoyed a fantastic Japanese meal made by our talented kitchen staff. For lunch, we had delicious sesame chicken teriyaki and grilled salmon with a side of tossed green salad with ginger dressing, gyoza, and steamed white rice all served on a plate.
For dessert, the residents enjoyed a delectable green tea ice cream! Delicious!
