World, Meet Nova

Not since our beloved Piper at Elders Inn have we had a cat that was so universally loved by all our residents. Nova is our newest little resident at The Lodge and was given to us by Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter c/o Nancy E.

After the remodel of the Lodge, it seems like something else might have been missing to make things feel more like home, and it seems like Nova has made little haste to making herself home in ours. Afterall, what more could a sweet cat like Nova want than to look at a lagoon full of birds, have a Lodge full of people willing to adore her, patios full of sun and flowers to sniff?  We’re fortunate to have Nova in our lives and we think equally, Nova is grateful to have us in hers. <3
