Alameda Elders Services Open House

Alameda Elder Services (AES) threw open the doors and welcomed the community last Thursday with raffle prizes, refreshments and senior fitness tests.

Therapist, trainers and wellness coordinators were on hand to explain the benefits of AES senior-focused services including Medicare-approved therapy and customized one-on-one personal training.

AES takes pride in helping seniors gain greater independence, reduce their risk of falling and achieve better overall health. Alameda Elder Services is open to the community
