Alameda Elders Communities AEC Living and AES Therapy visited the Mastick Senior Cnter on National Senior Health and Fitness Day, May 30th. The event was free to seniors and offered mini senior fitness tests with a certified personal trainer and free blood-pressure and glucose checks from Alameda Hospital. Read more in the Alameda Sun.
Today we honor those who have served us by hosting a retired Navy nurses luncheon here at The Lodge. The amazing food presented by Chef Eugene and the beautiful setting with the lagoon behind us really enhanced the experience for everyone. 🍴
