Traveling Around the Bay: Public Transit Options for Seniors

We at AEC Living are proud to announce the next free seminar in the Elders Village Talks Series: Traveling Around the Bay: Your Personal Guide to Public Transit Options for Seniors will be held Wednesday, March 18th, 1:00-2:30 pm at the Alameda Free Library, 1550 Oak St,. Alameda.

The public is invited to attend this panel discussion, sponsored by Elders Village and led by transportation specialists Donatella Zepplin from Mastick Senior Center and Julie Yim from BART.

Learn about the Senior Clipper Card discount, including how to use the card to make traveling on most Bay Area transit systems convenient, safer, and more economical. This includes shuttle services, the taxi program, BART and East Bay Paratransit.

This seminar will answer questions about public transit options that are available for seniors and reveal some of the great destinations reachable by our local public transit.
