The Lodge Art Gallery
AEC Living and the Frank Bette Center for the Arts proudly invite you to The Lodge Art Gallery ribbon cutting ceremony & opening reception this Tuesday, May 16th from 4pm to 5pm.
We are very pleased to have Frank Bette Center for the Arts photographer, Mike Gifford’s triptych “The City,” at our inaugural exhibition. “The City” is a multi-shot high resolution, glossy metal print of the San Francisco skyline as viewed from Alameda Point.
The triptych is composed of three sections with an overall length of 100″ and a height of 20.” While viewing “The City” triptych you can spot numerous famous and recognizable sights including the Bay Bridge, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Saleforce Tower, the Transamerica Pyramid, Coit Tower, and many others. These identifiable and nationally recognize architectural sites are accentuated and contrasted against a fantastic cloudy sky that was looming over San Francisco the morning the images were captured.
“The City” will be on display from May 10th to June 20th at The Lodge Art Gallery.
