English Pub at The Lodge

The Lodge enjoyed an evening in England at the “English Pub” World Tour dinner. We started off our celebration with ale at “the pub.” The dining room were decorated with traditional red phone booths and residents enjoyed live music from Alameda’s very own, Drew Harrison, who played The Beatles songs. Residents enjoyed a menu of bangers & mash, fish & chips, chicken pasties and yummy bread pudding!

The World Tour is a program we have been developing for over 20 years.  Through this program, each month we focus on exploring different cultures and peoples from around the world.  The World Tour dives into an exploration of food, music, and history of the various regions of our beautiful planet through lunch outings or social meals, performers, parties, documentary studies, and trivia.
