Rolinda Noquillo

Rolinda Noquillo is the current administrator at Elders Inn on Webster. She brings 25 years of experience working with seniors across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Home Care.

Rolinda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Marketing from the Philippines. After relocating to the United States, she furthered her professional development by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant and obtaining her Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) certification. Her career journey includes roles as a Caregiver, Medication Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Supervisor, Memory Care Director, and Resident Service Director, culminating in her current role as Administrator at Elders Inn.

This diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of elderly care, staff management, and balancing professional and personal life. Rolinda is passionate about sharing her knowledge and emphasizing to her staff that caring for the elderly is a rewarding career path with numerous opportunities in the assisted living field. She is dedicated to continuously learning and growing her craft to better serve the elderly community, educate families, and provide them with support in caring for their loved ones.
