Gabe Morishige

Before joining Waters Edge Lodge, he spent several years in the nonprofit sector supporting seniors and adults with developmental disabilities. This work had a profound impact on him, reinforcing the importance of compassion, clear communication, and respect in every interaction. It also provided a solid foundation in person-centered care, which he strives to apply in his role each day.

At Waters Edge Lodge, his goal is to ensure that residents receive exceptional service while cultivating a positive, growth-oriented workplace for the staff. He is passionate about helping employees develop their skills, gain confidence, and reach their highest potential. He believes that when a team feels supported and empowered, the entire community thrives.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, working on his classic cars, and staying active at the gym. When he’s not doing those things, he can often be found working in the yard or taking on various DIY projects.

He is excited to be part of the Waters Edge Lodge community and looks forward to contributing to a warm, engaging, and uplifting environment.
