With the … -oh! ahem..

It’s that time in the Fall when we get together to celebrate Autumnal bliss, decorate squash, present fancy gourds, dig up that salt shaker full of pumpkin spice in the back of the drawer and the wee tykes from the neighborhood shyly grab ‘fun size’ chocolate bars to stuff into their pillowcases. Part of our celebration for each year at the Lodge and Elders Inn is a kick off of sorts to all this orange and deciduous maple hued glee.

This year was no exception as we had a petting zoo and full of bunnies, and ducks and chickens, for staff, parents, grandchildren, and grandparents to enjoy. Soon we’ll have our ‘Spooktacular Bingo’ night and next month see who wants extra cranberry sauce, break out the old cardigan and see a lot of smiling faces from families coming to visit at The Lodge. It’s one of the best times of the year for families and friends at the Lodge and Elders Inn and we’re excited to have shared the start of the season’s festivities with you!
