Employee Appreciation days at The Elders Inn

Steve Pham reports as Associate Administrator on each day from Employee Appreciation Days at Elders Inn..

Day 1

What a magical start to our staff appreciation kickoff! Our theme was a casino party and we had a blast. There was free-flowing (root) beer floats, smiles all around, and magician Howie Didit blowing the minds of all staff. He wowed us with dice magic, card tricks, and even had our admin Marie questioning how he was able to read her mind! We ended the party with 3 rounds of super intense Bingo and ended up with 5 winners. That’s the casino life for ya. Seeing the smiles of everyone really made our kickoff event one of those moments where you are glad to have the best staff in the world. Can’t wait till our next day!

Day 2

We started off with 9, but in the end, there could only be one. That one turned out to be Carmen from AEC Homecare! Congrats to her for winning our 1950s style musical chairs. Another congrats to Tish, one of our PM PCAs for winning our hot ball potato. A special shout out to Pearl for coming in 2nd place in every game we have played; you’re going to win a game soon! We celebrated our office, environmental, and activities groups with root beer floats, crispy brown tater tots, and In-N-Out burgers. Yum yum yum.
