Easter Egg Hunts at the Lodge and the Inn.

Alameda, CA, April 18, 2011— Alameda residents living in Waters Edge Lodge at Harbor Bay and Elders Inn on Webster Street reported sightings of a six-foot tall Easter Bunny hopping through their communities this past weekend.

Families of the residents and staff of both the Lodge, a senior assisted living facility and the Elders Inn, an assisted living & memory care community, were amazed and delighted to welcome the Easter Bunny and found hundreds of brightly colored Easter Eggs dotting the lawn, shrubs and trees surrounding the Lodge’s and Inn’s buildings.

Before hopping off into the Alameda sunset, the Easter Bunny, joined the children & their families in enjoying snacks, posed for photos, and assisted the children in redeeming their Easter Eggs for a variety of candy and prizes.

Lodge Administrator, David Ballerini, said that the Easter Bunny’s visit was the highlight of the weekend for the Lodge and Elders Inn Administrator, Sabrina Britton, offered an open invitation to the Easter Bunny to return again next year.
