Ladies’ Tea at Elders Inn
Our annual Ladies’ Tea was perfect and elegant, just like our dear residents and their families. The tables were set to perfection with beautiful cloth linens, tiered plates with tea sandwiches, cookies, cakes, and fresh fruits.
Alameda Education Foundation Performs for Elders Inn
On Monday, May 2nd, residents and staff of Elders Inn had the privilege of listening to children of the Visual & Performing Arts Program from the Alameda Education Foundation as they played their string instruments in a private concert on our large patio.

It’s May 5th and you know what that means… It’s Cinco De Mayo Day which spells Elders Inn Cinco De Mayo Fiesta Celebration Social – Yippee!!!!! The Buena Vista Dinning room was decked out with festive Mexican style decorations and fresh flowers.
100th Birthday Celebration at Elders Inn
What a wonderful 100th Birthday celebration for our very own Jo! Jo’s family, residents, and staff celebrated in style with her signature blue colored decorations, fresh iris flowers, strawberry shortcake, and sparking cider.
April Follies at Elders Inn
Elders Inn’s first ever April Follies was an amazing event. Since the weather was perfect for our residents, guests, and our fabulous entertainers we were even able to hold it outside and enjoy the Spring sun!
Chinese New Year Dinner at Elders Inn
Chinese New Year was on Monday, February 8th. Here, at Elders Inn, we celebrated on Tuesday the 9th with a festive dinner, inviting friends and family to join in on the action! Each dining room was beautifully decorated with Chinese lanterns, red and gold table settings, and each resident had a sign to hold, displaying their own specific Chinese zodiac sign.

Trick or Treat on Webster Street
Halloween 2015 was very exciting here at Elders Inn. The residents worked very hard at preparing special goodies for the trick-or-treaters. They made adorable lollipop ghosts and gave them out, along with big smiles, during the Trick-or-Treat on Webster special event
