Arsenia E. Celebrates 16 Years as Elders Inn’s MVP/Pinch hitter.

Arsenia, was one of the first recipients of our employee recognition award for teamwork. A real team player and a go-to for a person who can save the day whenever there’s a need for more staff, Arsenia steps up to the plate pretty much every time. She’s there to make sure her coworkers aren’t pulling too hard and she shows up, makes her work count, and does the job right. The certain reliability and her faithfulness towards her job, the residents and her co-workers, makes Arsenia a true MVP.
